The Beach House, Seignosse Bourg, is a beautifully appointed villa, accommodating ten guests, over four bedrooms, and three bathrooms.

The Villa is available for weekly rentals from the beginning of June to the end of Septmeber. Outside of these time by request subject to availability.

The heated pool is easily surveilled from the sunloungers, the firepit and cockatail area or the first floor balcony.

Temperature change takes 24 hours, so please let us know of special requirements in advance.

The indoor kitchen features a large main oven, a small grill oven, and many kitchen appliances. Marble tops throughout.

Balcony & Outdoor Cooking Area
A large balcony area, composites a gas fired outdoor grill, and two seating areas, one of which overlooks the pool.

In addition to the cocktail and canapes brassero area, there are three distinct dining areas: Indoors, Outdoors, and Covered.

Just off from the pool is a heated, brassero area that comfortable seats ten. Perfect for cocktails and canapes, or when the late venings become cooler.

Seignosse is situated almost perfectly in the crook of the Bay of Biscay, and centrally placed in over 250KM of unbroken beaches.

To the North, are unbroken, dune lined beach fronts, and heading South in to the Basque Country, you will find, rocky cliffs and secluded bays where the Pyrenees begin to meet the sea.

World class surf breaks are found along the entire coast line.

Hossegor town centre is a bustling colelction of boutique shops, bars and restaurants, situated a short distance form the main beach there.
